HOW IT WORKS

Select the hats you are interested in getting customized with your logo. Enter in a quantity you would like next to each option. You can mix and match hat styles, sizes and colors freely.
Upload your artwork, select where you want the artwork placed on the front panel(s) of the hats and let us know any specific details you think we may need to know about your order.
Checkout and pay for your order.
Our design team immediately gets to work converting your uploaded artwork into a digital file that our machines can use. You will receive mock ups of the artwork for review, feedback and final approval before production begins.
After your approval we begin production of your order. Your order enters our production queue and waits for it's turn to be run on one of our commercial machines.
Your order is checked over for quality and then packaged and shipped to your door. Our current turn around time from the date an order is placed is 10-14 business days.

Note:
1 FILE MAX - Additional files can be emailed to [email protected] after your order is placed.
Orders are submitted as standard 2D embroidery. 3D Puff embroidery is only possible on some designs and is billed separately.
Please keep in mind that really small details do not work well for embroidery. Very small text and details will need to be removed from some designs. LESS IS MORE when it comes to embroidery designs.

I OWN THE RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK BEING USED OR HAVE PERMISSION FROM THE OWNER TO USE IT

Standard Artwork Setup is included for orders of 12 or more hats. For orders less than 12 hats Artwork Setup is a one time charge $20. We keep your artwork on file for all future orders.
You will receive a digital stitch preview for feedback and approval before your order goes into production. We test stitch every design to ensure it meets our quality standards before completing your order.
Premium Artwork Setup is inculded for free for orders of 36 or more hat

Designs can have up to 15 different colors in them. We recommend keeping designs to the fewest numbers of colors possible. Please Note: Different screens can display colors differently. Colors are more vibrant in person. We only use high quality Madeira 100% polyester thread.
